1.Speak to people: This way you get to to air out views and ideas ,learn and share new things.

3.Call people by Name. A lot of us these days often use the Word "My Oga, My Madam My this my ,my that,Calling people by their names puts confidence in you without knowin.learn to address people with MR or Mrs shola rather than Oga shola. It's more official that way.
4.Be friendly and Helpful:This really helps,cause you never know when you might desire a favour in return.

6.Have a geniue interest in people:Not everyone has a geniue interest about you,Sometimes the Interest could just be to have a reason to mock you at the end.
7.Be generous with praise:This applys to all Employers and other Bosses,learn to appreciate your staffs and caretakers,praising them really helps them in putting more work
