Farmer arrested with the head of an elderly man. A Benue State farmer was this morning apprehended by youths with the head of an elderly man he allegedly decapitated on his farm at Itakpa-Ito village. The motive behind his action is yet unknown. He is now cooling off at a police station at village...... pending his bail application.....
