It was a case of the rich also cry in theVictoria Garden City (VGC) estate, Ajah, Lagos, today, June 20, 2015, as heavy rainfall led to flooding in the streets.

Many vehicles, including jeeps and SUVs, were submerged halfway in the rising waters.

Other areas in the state, including Lekki, Yaba, Agege, Iju a
